High-end residential
Complete basement leisure build: pool hall with automatic cover, feature ceiling and cove lighting, and a stone-tiled wet room with rainfall head and sauna access. Tiling, plumbing, drainage and electrics by our own teams.
Full refurbishment
Whole-property refurbishment: new shaker kitchen with stone worktops, marble-tiled bathroom, oak flooring, carpets, decoration, heating and a full rewire throughout.
Extensions
Single-storey brick extension with French doors and a flat roof, plus re-rendering, new windows, Indian stone patios and block-paved driveway.
Commercial fit-out
Loft conversion turned into a beauty treatment room: fluted wall panelling, concealed LED strips, air conditioning, tiled flooring and a hand basin with concealed pipework.
Joinery
Made-to-measure oak wardrobes, glazed shoe cabinets and a central island with a stone top and lit display drawer, wired for the chandelier and feature downlights.
Outdoor
Landscaped family garden with a bark-safe play area, brick-built raised beds, stone edging and low-level lighting run to the patio and steps.
Renovation
External refurbishment of a period cottage: re-rendered and painted elevations, new windows and door, plinth painting and full Indian stone patio.
Hospitality
Bar and restaurant fit-out for a seafront venue: back-lit feature bottle wall, statement pendant lighting and LED-lit bar, wired and installed by our own team.

Back-to-brick refurbishment of rental properties: new fitted kitchens, flooring, decoration, radiators, smoke detection and full rewire, ready for tenants.
