An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a detailed inspection and test of a property's fixed wiring. It records anything that is unsafe or doesn't meet current standards, so you know exactly where you stand.
Because we cover all trades, if your report needs remedial work we can quote and carry it out, then issue the paperwork to show it has been completed.

Common questions
How often do landlords need an EICR?
In England, private landlords must have the electrical installation inspected and tested at least every five years under the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020, and give a copy of the report to tenants.
What happens if my EICR is unsatisfactory?
The report lists the issues found. We will quote for the remedial work, carry it out, and provide written confirmation that it has been completed.
How often should a home be tested?
For an owner-occupied home, an inspection every ten years, or when you move in, is generally recommended.
Do you test commercial premises?
Yes. We carry out inspection and testing for commercial, hospitality and industrial premises.
